Canonical HTML: https://llmpeers.com/terms

These Terms govern your use of LLM Peers, operated by Version Labs. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LLM Peers.

## Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Version Labs regarding LLM Peers. Related details about data handling appear in our Privacy Policy. Questions: contact@versionlabs.co.

## The service

LLM Peers provides multi-agent research and decision-support tools. Features, models, limits, and interfaces may change as we improve the product. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with or without notice where permitted by law.

The service may include clarifying intake, web research, multi-model council answers, peer ranking, chairman synthesis, conversation history, and optional public sharing. Exact capabilities depend on product configuration and your account.

## Eligibility and accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Do not share account credentials or circumvent authentication controls.

- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization

## Acceptable use

You agree to use LLM Peers lawfully and responsibly. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to the service or other users.

- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operations
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to generate illegal content
- Do not upload or publish content you do not have rights to share
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or bypass rate limits and quotas
- Do not interfere with security, authentication, billing/metering, or other users’ data
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or harm people or systems

## AI outputs and judgment

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. LLM Peers supports human judgment and does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for how you use recommendations and for verifying critical facts before you act.

- Treat recommendations as decision support, not guarantees
- Review assumptions, risks, and dissent before committing
- Do not rely solely on AI output for regulated or high-stakes professional decisions
- You remain accountable for actions you take based on the service

## Your content

You retain rights to prompts and other content you submit, subject to these Terms and any rights of third parties. You grant Version Labs a license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service, including sending necessary context to model and infrastructure providers.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or highly sensitive personal data unless you accept the risk of processing by the service and its subprocessors.

## Public shares

If you publish research, you are responsible for ensuring the shared content is appropriate to make public. Public pages may be accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed. We may remove shares that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

## Intellectual property

The product, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Version Labs or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to your submitted prompts and may use generated outputs for your lawful purposes. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, design systems, or source code beyond what is needed to use the service.

## Third-party services

The service depends on third parties such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, and AI model providers. Their availability, policies, and performance can affect LLM Peers. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms.

## Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Version Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Version Labs for LLM Peers in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

## Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Version Labs against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your public shares, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

## Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the service, our providers, or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

## Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Version Labs’ principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to applicable law.
